For non-Executive roles, we recruit on exclusive or retained terms and charge a flat fee based on the first-year base salary. Every hire includes a replacement guarantee if things don't work out. Contractors and fractional hires are invoiced on a day rate basis.

One of our consultants will work exclusively for your business on a part-time basis.
