For permanent hires, you can expect to receive the first resumes within 24 to 48 hours after registering a vacancy with us. We then gather your feedback to fine-tune our search if necessary. For contract roles, we can provide a shortlist of available candidates within 24 hours, including availability and day rates.
Yes. We have experience helping startups post-fundraise recruit go-to-market teams within one calendar quarter.
For non-Executive roles, we recruit on exclusive or retained terms and charge a flat fee based on the first-year base salary. Every hire includes a replacement guarantee if things don't work out. Contractors and fractional hires are invoiced on a day rate basis.

This service is designed to save you money on a full-time, in-house talent manager or escalating fees of other recruitment agencies. One of our consultants will work exclusively for your business on a part-time basis. A minimum 4-week rolling engagement that can be cancelled at any stage that covers 3 - 4 roles per month (excluding executive positions).
